How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 2-4 business days within the mainland. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
Are yfood products suitable for vegetarians or vegans?
Yes, we offer a wide range of products. While our classic line is based on lactose-free milk, we have a dedicated 'Vegan' range made from soy and pea protein that is 100% plant-based.
What is the shelf life of the products?
Our ready-to-drink shakes are shelf-stable and typically have a shelf life of several months from the date of production. You do not need to refrigerate them until they are opened, though they taste best served chilled.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
You can return unopened and sealed products within 14 days of receipt. Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or consumed.
